Enjoy complete creative control when you choose custom neon signs

17.03.2017

The number of different ways we can customise neon signs is one of the main reasons why KEMP London is such a well established name in our field. We have the skills, knowledge, and creativity to provide products for all kinds of requirements and will never fail when it comes to quality. When they look for custom neon signs UK based customers will find nobody better than us.

The layout of the sign itself can be completely unique. The glass tubing may be shaped in various ways, from curves to tight angles, ensuring you get exactly what you want. The length of the sections can also vary, with tubes being spliced together if long lengths are needed. Smaller, complex sections can be made if necessary and placed closely together to make them appear like a single word or logo.

On top of this the colours can differ greatly. This is determined by the type of gas that is used and other factors such as the tint of the glass and the presence of other elements. A single sign may have sections in multiple colours because they can all be filled with a different mix of gases. They are actually sealed and powered independently but give the look of a single sign.

When we are asked to create custom neon signs we need to draw out the full design to get an idea of the finished look. This is important and allows both us and the client to make little changes until everything is right. These designs are also regularly used when it comes to making the tube.

It is rare that manufacturers work from memory alone because this opens the door for inaccuracies. Instead a full size drawing on a heat proof material is generally used as a guide. Whilst the glass tube is being bent it can be laid over the design to ensure it is shaped correctly. The process takes a little more time but it promotes accuracy and the quality will speak for itself.

At KEMP London you can find a helping hand to create the perfect sign, whether you want it for your home, a business premises, or a special occasion such as an exhibition. We are proud to be the provider of neon signs UK customers expect the very best from; this shows just how good we are at what we do.
