Storm in a Teacup

One of London’s hidden fashion gems, Storm in a Teacup is a designer clothing store in East London specialising in high end vintage wear.

Always keen to collaborate with a local business, Kemp London worked with the retailer to envision a new, eye-catching storefront design that would complement and enhance its existing rustic, log cabin style.

Based on Storm in a Teacup’s design, Kemp London crafted a piece of bespoke signage spelling out the brand name in white single tube neon script that was then fitted to an aged timber backing, the neon protruding for a funky effect.

The sign now features not only on the shop’s physical facade but as the main graphic for their online store, a distinctive neon logo that makes Storm in a Teacup stand out among their hip competitors.
